This may be the best bull calf ever raised at Diamond Shorthorns. His sire has become our senior herd bull after seeing his first calves. Way Cool’s dam is ten years old and is a leading matron in our herd. We have kept his maternal brother, Diamond Uprising 24U, by Rising Legend as a junior herd sire. This calf combines the leading bloodlines of our breeding program and has the great producing Baroness family on both sides of his pedigree. As well every sire of influence in our herd is in his pedigree. We are retaining a 1/4 semen interest as we feel this calf will have a very positive influence on the herd.
